Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SoHo Angel Ventures ("we", "us", or
"Alpha Agents") collects, uses, and protects information in connection
with the Alpha Agents application and the website at
alpha-agents.sohoangelventures.com
(the "Service"). Alpha Agents is a tool that produces short-form videos
and publishes them, on the operator's instruction, to the operator's own
connected social media accounts.
1. Information We Collect
-
Account & authentication data. When you sign in,
we receive your email address and basic profile information from our
identity provider in order to authenticate you and control access.
-
Social platform credentials. When you connect a
YouTube, X (Twitter), or TikTok account, the relevant platform issues
us OAuth tokens (such as access and refresh tokens). We store these
tokens solely to publish content you have approved to those accounts on
your behalf.
-
Content data. The video files, captions, titles, and
related metadata that you create or approve for publication within the
Service.
-
Operational data. Logs, timestamps, and publication
results (for example, the resulting post URL or an error) used to
operate, debug, and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and operate the Service.
-
To publish content that you have explicitly approved to your own
connected social media accounts.
-
To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service, and to comply with
legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for
advertising.
3. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party APIs to publish content at your
direction. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the
respective platform terms and privacy policies:
4. Data Retention
We retain OAuth tokens for as long as an account remains connected, and
delete or revoke them when you disconnect the account or request
deletion. Other data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes
described above or as required by law.
5. Your Choices and Rights
-
You can disconnect a social account at any time, which revokes our
stored tokens for that account. You may also revoke access directly in
the relevant platform's account settings (for example, Google, X, or
TikTok app permissions).
-
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal
information by contacting us at the address below.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect
information, including transport encryption and restricted access to
stored credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by adults operating their own social
media accounts and is not directed to children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will
be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
