These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alpha Agents application and the website at alpha-agents.sohoangelventures.com (the "Service"), operated by SoHo Angel Ventures ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Alpha Agents helps you produce short-form videos and publish them, on your instruction, to your own connected social media accounts on platforms including YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Publication occurs only after you explicitly approve the content and the target platforms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to upload it to your connected accounts).
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree to comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform, including their rules on disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or that violates a platform's terms;
Misrepresent the origin of content or evade required AI-content disclosures;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to any account or system, or to disrupt the Service.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service relies on third-party APIs. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable platform terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms, and access may change or be revoked by those platforms at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publication to any platform will succeed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoHo Angel Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
